Drink Water

Water is a solution to a lot of skin problem. Your skin is made up of cells and these cells need water to work properly. It not only works as an anti-aging treatment, it also treats your aging signs. A cold water shower can help you to keep calm and cure your skin damage due to stress.

Water improves metabolism of your body. Drink 1-liter water per 20 kg. of your weight. For example: if your weight is 40 kg then you should drink 2-liter water per day. It helps you to keep your skin soft, beautiful, glowing and wrinkle-free. It flushes out toxins and impurities from your body. So stay hydrated and drink water as much as you can.

Scrubbing

Exfoliate your skin. It removes the dead skin, dirt, extra oil, blackheads and whiteheads and makes your skin clear and soft. It removes dark patches and makes your skin glow and improves the texture of your skin. You should scrub your skin twice in a week. Use scrub according to your skin type and do it with gentle massage for 7-8 minutes.

Cleansing, Toning, and Moisturizing

Famous CTM routine is the best formula for beautiful skin. For this routine, you should choose products according to your skin type. Do it at the end of the day so your skin can relax. Now let us find out what CTM is.

  1. Cleansing: This is the first and most important step of this routine. Cleansing does not mean applying cleanser all over the face and washing it away. Do not use a soap as a cleanser, this is not advisable. You can use a face wash, scrub, raw milk, baby oil, and cleansing milk.For this step apply cleanser all over the face and massage it gently for 5 minutes. If you are using baby oil then soak a cotton into oil and clean your face. After this, wash your face with face wash or normal water.
  2. Toning: The main purpose of a toner is to clean tiny dust and other particles which were left in your skin after cleansing. It does not mean that you can use a lot of toners, use only 5 to 6 drops of it after the cleaning process. There are many types of toners available in the market, you can use homemade toner also.Green tea or rose water are the most famous and good toners available at home, they tighten and brighten your skin. Choose a toner with maximum water composition. Do not use astringent as a toner because it contains alcohol, which can damage your skin.
  3. Moisturizing: This is the last step of the CTM routine. Moisturizers’ main work is to cure the moisture loss in your skin and make your skin look younger. It maintains a layer of moisture between your skin and the atmosphere. It is very important to apply this after toning.If your skin is dry, apply heavy moisturizer and if your skin type is oily or a combination of both, you should apply light and oil-free moisturizer. It is very important to apply it after a bath, Do not moisture your wet skin, you should apply it after 2-3 minutes of your bath. Mainly apply this before going to bed at night.

Steaming

This is a very effective method to get a flawless skin. Steaming is a process, in which we use a steamer or hot water to absorb steam, it cleanses toxins, dirt, and extra oil from the skin. It opens up the pores and loosens blackheads and whiteheads, which can then be easily removed by scrubbing. This is really helpful in preventing acne and also in fighting the signs of aging. Steam removes dead skin cells and makes your skin feel fresh, younger and relaxed. You should take steam according to your skin type.

If your skin is normal, you should take steam for 12 minutes once in a week. If your skin is dry, you should take steam for 10 minutes once in two weeks and if your skin is oily, you should take steam for 12 minutes twice a week. If your skin is sensitive, you should take steam under the consultation of a dermatologist because steaming can cause irritation or sensitivity.

You can add tea tree oil in the steamer to get rid of acne and green tea or mint tea for beautiful skin. After steaming, wash your face with normal water and don’t use any face wash or scrub. For better results, you should do it just before scrubbing.

Healthy And Tasty Oats Appe

Hello everyone,
Today we are going to see how I experimented with making a food dish with oats.
As you know, oats are very healthy and tasty, apart from masala oats we can make many more dishes with it. So it’s time to try a new recipe, Oats Appe a.k.a. Oats Appam.
Ingredients:
Oats – 1 bowl
Curd – 1/2 bowl
Chopped onion – 1
Chopped tomato – 1
Chopped chilies – 2
Chopped coriander leaves
Peas – 1/4 bowl
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Mirchi powder – 1 teaspoon
Haldi – 1/4 teaspoon
Semolina – 1/2 bowl
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Salt – according to taste
Eno – 1/2 teaspoon
Recipe:
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in it and rest it for 15 minutes. Now put appe pan on medium flame and grease it with oil, also, if you like mustard, you can sprinkle a small pinch of mustard seeds in the oil.
When the pan is heated, fill the mixture in the pan and shallow fry it.
Now have it with chutney.

Summer is here, so we need to stay hydrated all the time. Today I’ve tried watermelon smoothie. I want to share the recipe with you all, hope you’ll like it.

Ingredients:
Watermelon
Salt – according to your taste
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves – 10 to 12
Ice cubes

Recipe:
First, cut the watermelon into small pieces, then mix some salt, lemon juice, ice cubes, and some amount of mint leaves. Put all the ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind till you end up with a juice. Now fill your glass with it and have a refreshing sip! ❤️

In a nutshell, vaginal odor is a smell which comes from the vagina. There are natural bacterias present down there but when there is an imbalance of bacteria due to any reason, it causes a different kind of odor, which sometimes, bothers a lot. It is normal when it is slight but when it becomes unbearable and abnormal then we should take it seriously. There are different types of vaginal odors, causes, and their solutions. A FISHY ODOR

This is the most common vaginal odor. This is mainly caused because of an infection which is commonly known as “bacterial vaginosis” which is transmitted through sexual intercourse. A couple of most common symptoms of this odor is grey or white discharge and burning sensation down there while having a sexual intercourse and also while urinating.

A MUSKY ODOR

This is the second most common smell when it comes to vaginal odor. It smells like pineapple, strawberries, onion, and garlic. The most common causes are sexual arousal, wearing synthetic underwear and workouts. Thought kind of odor is not a sign to worry because it’s pretty normal.

A YEASTY ODOR

6 Easy Solution:

  1. Keep Yourself Well Hydrated
    Benefits of drinking enough water is not a secret. Along with a hundred other benefits of keeping your self well hydrated, water also helps to lubricate your vagina naturally since vaginal membranes need water to function properly.
  2. Using Diluted Apple Cider Vinegar
    Apple Cider is very friendly to your vagina. Its anti-bacterial properties are responsible to maintain the pH level of your vagina. Mix two cups of this vinegar in lukewarm bath water and soak your vagina in it for 30 minutes every day or you can wash your vagina with diluted apple cider vinegar once in a day. Also, you can mix one or two tablespoons of this vinegar and drink it daily. It will sweep out all toxins and bacterias. Apple cider vinegar will help you get rid of your odor problem in 3-4 days.
  3. Use of Tea Tree Oil
    Tea tree oil is very helpful to when it comes to getting rid of a vaginal odor. It has antifungal and antiseptic properties. Mix one teaspoon of olive oil with 5 to 6 drops of tea tree oil, soak a tampon in it and put it in your vagina for half an hour. You can apply this oil mixture down there and rinse with normal water. Do it every day. This remedy with help you get rid of vaginal odor in one week.
  4. Healthy Eating
    Consuming strong smelling foods and beverages like onion, garlic, and coffee can change your vaginal smell. Eat yogurt to maintain the pH level of the vagina. You should eat 7-8 almonds every day to control the overgrowth of bacteria down there. Eat fruits which contain vitamin C, which is very helpful to detox your body, boost the immune system and maintain the pH level. You should also consume a lot of green veggies to prevent vaginal dryness.
  5. Clothes
    Cotton is a best friend of the vagina, it can easily soak extra moisture down there. Wear cotton underwear and change it twice a day. Allow your vagina to breathe, so you should not wear this to bed. Also, wear loose shorts or pajamas while sleeping.
  6. Cleaning
    Cleaning is the most important activity for your vagina. It helps in washing away the dead skin, dirt, and sweat. Do not use body wash and perfumed soaps because scents and chemicals will upset pH level of your vagina. You can use V-Wash, which is a medically approved product, thrice a week and during periods days, wash it daily. You should stay away from vaginal steaming. It can burn your sensitive skin down there and harm your bladder. Steaming imbalances in natural bacteria and, It can increase the risk of yeast infection. It also causes hormonal imbalance in your body.

Piercing
There are high chances of infection because of piercing. If you aren’t being careful about choosing the right piercing shop, there is a big risk of catching STDs, HIV, and tetanus. A vagina is very sensitive part of your body so piercing can also cause a severe pain and nerve damage.

Scented Soaps and Perfumes
These types of products have chemicals and are synthetic in nature, which can lead to infection and irritation. Also, try to avoid using scented and flavored lubricants and condoms.

Hair Removal Cream
Pubic hairs have a purpose to be there. They absorb the extra moisture and helps you to keep your vaginal area away from infections. These creams contain a high amount of chemicals which can lead to various kinds of infections. Trimming is a good alternative.

Healthy and yummy oats chilla

Today I’ve tried oats chilla and it was really nice and I’ve found it very healthy. So I want to share the recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Oats – one cup
1 Onion – fine chopped
1 Tomato – fine chopped
2 chopped green chilies
Chopped coriander leaves
Semolina – 2 teaspoon
Gram flour – 2 teaspoon
Chat masala – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- according to taste
Cheese for garnishing.

(You can add chopped carrot in it)

RECIPE:
Take oats in one bowl. Mix some water in it. Mix all the ingredients well and wait for 5 minutes for it to settle down. The batter should not be too watery. Heat up a pan and put some oil in it. Now spread the batter in the pan and shallow fry it from both sides. Now garnish it with cheese, your oats chilla it ready now you can have it with chutney or curd.

  • lemon:

It’s very friendly to the skin. Cut a lemon and rub it on ur effective area. Once in a day. After few days you’ll get positive results.

 

  • Turmeric, gram flour, and milk:

Mix them well and apply it to the effective area. After some time, wash it off with lukewarm water. It’ll be really good for you.

 

  • Oatmeal and buttermilk:

3 teaspoon buttermilk and 2 teaspoon oatmeal. Mix it. Massage it in the effective area and wash it off after some time.

 

  • Potato juice and lemon juice:

Take few drops of potato juice and the same quantity of lemon juice. Mix them. Apply it to the effective area for 30 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
